Hidden Hurstville gem! One of the best coffee roaster we have tried in Sydney and we came back for more! The service is great, the first time we came a new trainee served us and she tried her best to find the coffee beans we described, she was very patience with answering to all our queries and the second time we came! The service is even better! top notch, he knows all about the beans the blends and we were grinning when we left the shop. Their blends ReFirma is strong bold and aromatics yet the aftertaste is pleasant. It has a strong taste somewhat tobbaco-ish dark choco smokey taste and it’s great for home brew espresso machines with milk. This time around we went home with Brazil single origin and it’s mind blowing the taste is smooth with nice acidity and no astringency aftertaste! And we’ve also got a bag of their Gran Meczla which is their signature cafe milk coffee blend. We definitely will be returning to try different single origins and definitely next in line is the Killer Ninja blend and their Cuban which been MIA for a while now.

At first I thought this is dogs cafe as I have seen so many customers with dogs around inside and outside the cafe :-D not only they are pets friendly but King Carlos is hidden gem, local cafe with amazing range of in house roasted coffee beans, even available for you to try before you buy. The Cafe located in the residential area, very easy to find parking and I can just sit there all day with my laptop working and enjoy their coffee and food. They also sell quality range of cheese platter or even dry snack for your take home or for a gift! Thank you for your amazing services, my kids enjoy their babyccinos and yummy sandwiches.

Coffee was perfect, not burnt and was delicious. They didn’t have much vanilla syrup left so instead made me a hazelnut but said if I didn’t like it they would make me a new one, of course I loved it and didn’t have to fake my enjoyment. Also got a freshly made ham and cheese croissant and only complaint is that the ham was a little cold but definitely not a deal breaker as it was cut off the bone. Will definitely be coming back! Ladies were also super nice and made easy conversation
